Last Thursday, we went to night market in Kajang with our new neighbour who is my secondary school classmate. She is a smart girl and always got number 1 in my class. (She is the only one I couldn’t beat!!) Who is she? She is Tan Choi Wan.

On Saturday, we went to Ipoh to try some of the famous food --> the Lou Wong Ipoh bean sprout chicken and the ‘tau fu hua’. Luckily Jason Lee didn’t bring us to the Ipoh Old Town Coffee to have our lunch. If he does so, we will definitely kill him! (FYI, Old Town Coffee cafes are everywhere in KL!) The ‘Lai Kei tau fu hua’ that Jason Lee recommended is so FINE and DELICIOUS!!! The ginger sugar is just nice and best fit to the ‘tau fu hua’. I like to eat ‘tau fu hua’ and always look for great one. This ‘Lai Kei tau fu hua’ is the BEST!

After staying an hour in Ipoh, we started our long journey to the Cameron Highlands for the Harmonica concert. From our previous experiences, we had prepared plastic bags for Jason Lee. Luckily he was fine. Thank you Pei Saan for inviting us and the tickets (RM180 each). Due to too many things to wrap up for the Cameron trip and I believe that pictures paint a thousand words so let the pictures summarize for me. Last but not least, I have a wonderful Cameron Trip!

Last Friday, Jason Lee and I were planning to have our dinner at Cheras大排档 to try 蚝煎 and 糖水. However, unfortunately, due to heavy traffic jam and unfamiliar with the roads in Cheras we had dinner in Mid Valley Kim Gary. 蚝煎 and 糖水, we will come to you soon. For your information, Malaysia Mega Sales is on!!! Every shop is on SALES!!! 70%!! It’s time to SHOP!!

On Sunday, I fetch my father to Melacca to have eyes treatment from a traditional Chinese physician (中医师). The physician (he) is very famous until the Singaporean is willing to travel all the way to get his treatment. The result of his treatment is good and satisfactory. According to my father, ‘I am not afraid of the sun light anymore’. I am not advertising here (didn’t get any single cent) but just want to share with you all. If your parents or friends have eyes problem, you can try this. Leave a message if you would like to know the details.

Back to Kajang on Sunday, mosquitoes had conquered my room! With the help of Steve Chan with the 5V electrical bat, he killed 26 mosquitoes in my room!

If you read Jason Lee’s blog, we have 5 hours break on Monday. This week we went to sing K at Puchong Neway. (I dunno who proposed dy) The Neway is much more luxury than the red and green box. I am impressed with the design of the interior of the K rooms. It is very HIGH class but we paid at student rate for just RM 5++ including a lunch and drink. Love to be a student.

New Semester --> Food Hunting Semester

New semester begins and it’s great to be a student again! No more staying in the office for > 8.5 hours long. @.@ And I can take a nap in the afternoon! I have changed my priority in arranging my time table for this semester. Friends are my first consideration because in the future we wouldn’t study together anymore. (Jason Lee, we will miss you when you are back to Ipoh) Mean while, I didn’t mess up the subjects. All the subjects I am taking are the road to Oil and Gas.

This semester will be a food hunting semester. Since I am a student I am free to travel anywhere at any time I like. Jason Lee has proposed Melaka Satay Celup for the next station. Let’s go! Keith Tan, you want to join us? (because we need a tour guide =P) Below are the snap shots of the first week of the food hunting:

人生有多少个十年？

Yahoo! My industrial training has come to the end and I have one week holiday! Time flies. I still remember the first day when I was at KLPP worrying about the uncertainties and how to go through the three months. Fortunately I have other scholars to accompany so that my life wasn’t dull at all.

Last Wednesday was our final presentation of what have we done during the three months to the bosses and engineers. The management team will determine who will join the organization base on our performance. Thus, I was busying preparing my power point slides for the past three weeks. (Reason for why I didn’t upload my blog)

The day before the presentation, the tension was very high because a lot of questions will be asked from the bosses during the presentation and I have to answer them well. I couldn’t sleep (first time because of assignment I couldn’t sleep) and my mind was thinking of possible questions that will be coming up. Luckily I managed to answer the questions well. Comment I received is: ' eager to understand and learn all the assignments given. Well done & good job!' ^^V Here I want to specially thank you to miss Regina Wong. She helped and covered us a lot. We (scholars) appreciate that very much.

After the three months of the industrial training, I gained a lot of knowledge that are out of the book (the real world) and opened my eyes. However, my knowledge gained is just 1% and there are 99% waiting for me to learn. Besides, hardworking of Mr. Rajeswaran (one of the engineers) really impressed me. His pace on everything is always quick and rapid. Therefore, I will spend my time more wisely and be more hardworking to learn and be prepared to take new challenges because人生没有多少个十年. I want to live meaningfully and memorable.
