子欲养而亲不在 (touch wood)

Yesterday, my dad saw things blurly.. I brought him to see eyes specialist in Kajang.. The eyes specialist immediately sent my dad to Melaya Hospital.. My dad's eyes were very critical.. In the hospital, my dad was hardly seeing things.. I had to hold his hand all the time to guide him.. As I held his hand along the way to another department.. Feelings came into my mind and heart.. I was so afraid that he............... The operation MUST be PERFECT!! God, I am praying very hard for that.. I hope my dad will be pink in health tomorrow.. Thanks in advance..

Excited Weekend

Usually I will go back to my hometown Seremban every weekend.. I enjoy the time to be with my family and sisters.. I know, as we grow up, it would be difficult for us to see each other anymore.. Besides, I can play badminton with my high school friends and look after my papaya trees(they are getting taller and going to have fruits soon) ^^.. So many interesting activities I can do in Seremban but this weekend I grudged going back.. I had to stay in Kajang to join my Sport and Recreation at Workplace project.. It was an excited weekend indeed..

On Friday, 20/2/2009, Keith Tan a.k.a Fai Jei Tat, Jason Lee a.k.a bubu, alvin law, Kok Wei and his girl friend a.k.a Mr. & Ms LOVE went to the Restaurant Shabu-Shabu in Bandar Puteri.. This restaurant was different from the other restaurants of steam bot buffet.. Everyone had his own steam bot utensil to cook his food.. The food were delivered to us by a conveyor belt which was similar to the restaurant Sushi King.. The SPECIAL thing of Shabu Shabu was the VERY thin sliced pork meats.. Believe it or not? It was so thin in thickness until once I immersed the sliced pork meat into the hot soup, it was ready to be served in the following second.. And it was YUMMY!!! The drink was a little bit special too.. They served ice blended orange and grape.. No doubt it was delicious..

Below are some of the pictures(I only have two, others are with Keith Tan):

PAINT ball == PAIN ball ??

On Sunday,22/2/2009, we went to a paintball field which was located near Amcorp Mall.. This was my first time playing paintball.. It was VERY EXCITED as I can 'KILL'(eliminate) my opponents in practical way.. During the game, my heart was beating very fast and the level of hormone adrenaline went up high.. This was a REAL war game.. If I failed to 'kill' my opponents, I would be shot by them.. FYI, it was very painful when hit by ''pain'' ball.. OUCH!!! (Pei Saan please takes note) Steve Chan a.k.a (don't have yet) had some bruises over his body but I was lucky enough to have none.. And I managed to kill three 'enemy'!! (^-^)v This sport game is good in team building.. It requires effective communication, strategies and team work to win the game.. I enjoyed it very much =)

Happy Single and Available Day..

THIS POST IS STRICTLY FOR THOSE WHO ARE SINGLE AND AVAILABLE!
PLEASE LEAVE IF YOU ARE NOT SINGLE!

IF you are reading up to here and in a relationship with someone, post a message with your name and your soul mate(s)'s name in the blue chat box..
For example: [your_name]=3=[your_soul_mate's_name]..
(note: the symbol '=3=' represent [abc] is holding [xyz]'s hand)
IF you fail to do so, you will break up with your soul mate(s)!! **CURSED** :-P hehe..

Happy single and available day to all my single and available friends and myself!
I hate Valentine's day (ONLY up to the day I meet my Mrs. RIGHT) because everywhere will be flooded with all the sweet couples holding their hands hanging around while my hands are in my pockets.. Therefore, I have decided to date with my text books at my Seremban home..
**Advice: If you are single, Genting Highland and A'famosa are definitely not the places you should go on Valentine's day.. You will feel lonely seeing the couples there"..**
However, I do celebrate 'Single and Available' day.. As usual, every year Jason Lee a.k.a bubu will organise a bachelor party .. I joined his party every year!! (T.T) In 2009, we went to Look Out Point at Hulu Langat.. The light was dim, the ambiance was romantic and the night view was stunning.. I wish I won't join Jason Lee's bachelor party anymore >< (Bubu, take the courage to confess.. She is there waiting for you.. Don't miss it!)
Below is the beautiful night view (specially thanks to Vincent Ong):
Unfortunately, in this romantic month, there are a few couples broke up.. I am sorry to hear that.. Brothers, life goes on and there might be a great one waiting for you.. You lost a person who doesn't love you but she lost a person that love her very much.. Achieve your targets that you are not able to hit when you are coupled.. ~gambate-neh~
In my network, everyone bought expensive gift for his/her love one such as Ipod Touch (one of my to-buy list), Guess, very nice looking NIKE bag (boss, you must raise my salary dy), branded drinking bottle and so do I.. I bought a Carlton Racket as my Single and Available present.. (^-^)V Finally, I don't have to rely on Zhi Jian already.. Thank you for lending your racket to me all the time..

Carlton racket & shutter cocks

(RM$$$ more expensive than the Guess purse)!!

New year new resolution!

My first blog in Blogger! Visiting my friends' blog and facebook is my daily routine.. I found out that all of them are putting efforts in their blogs.. Their blogs are well decorated and have a lot of stories to share with.. I do wish I have a blog like them too but tonnes of assignments and tests had killed all my time.. At last, I managed to take my time to write.. Hope you can kick me as support.. (note: kick=post a comment)

New year new resolution? Why?
This is because during the visiting to my relatives' houses I heard the conversation between my dad, my aunties and cousins.. They were sharing some great investment plans that could make big money.. ($.$) The plans they talked were deep and detail.. I was attracted to the rewards of the plans.. Since I am no longer a teenager (no more protection from my dad and mum) and I only have one year left in my college, I need to have long term financial plans to secure myself.. Here are some of my plans..

Plan A: Swiftlet Farming
The great demands of Chinese for birds nest has spawned a multi-millions ringgit business of swiftlet farming in Malaysia.. Traditionally, birds nests were harvested in caves.. It was risky to harvest them.. Now, we want to build swiftlet shop houses for the swiftlets to nest.. The cost for one house is around RM 100,000 ~ RM250,000.. If 40 swiflets nesting in it, we can earn around RM7000~RM10,000 per month.. A typical swiftlet house can have 90 swiftlets at peak.. We don't have to feed them, they will look for food by themselves.. The cost for operating and maintenance is very low.. We just need to collect the nests every month and do some cleaning.. That's it!
Well, the major resistance for me is the cost to build swiftlet houses.. I have to think how to get RM 100,000 ~ RM250,000..

Plan B: Ikan Keli (catfish, clarias batrichus)
Ikan Keli is the great demands of Malay and it is subsidised by the government.. Let me make it short.. RM 1,600 for one fish tank (8ft in diameter) that can culture up to 15,000 ikan Keli!! The pallets for the fish are cheap and the mature period for the ikan Keli is 75 days (2 and a half month). If I have 75 fish tanks then I can produce mature ikan Keli everyday..
Let's say: 1 fish is RM2(market price is 1 kg RM3), pallet+cost is RM 1, the net profit will be RM2-RM1=RM1.. If I have 10,000 fish then RM1 x 10,000 = RM10,000 per day!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IKjrI880zU0 (15,000 fishes in one small fish tank) This is an aquaculture company located in Hulu Langat.
This is the plan I am thinking of.. The starting cost is high but I will find some ways to solve it..

My dad's advice: "Go to join and have elderly friends, your knowledge will increase very fast..If you join friends who are same age as you, you will not gain any extra knowledge and the thinking is the same, just know how to spend!!!!!! bla bla bla".. :-P

Well, I agree with my dad.. My first step is I'll start to cut my spending and save to have positive cash flow..

Below is my motivation to move forward ;)
